Terms of Service

These Terms govern business use of RepeatWork by contractors, service businesses, and their authorized team members.

1. Agreement and contracting party

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between the business or person using RepeatWork ("Customer," "you," or "your") and the RepeatWork contracting entity identified on your order form, invoice, or account record ("RepeatWork," "we," "us," or "our"). RepeatWork is a business software service, not a consumer service.

You accept these Terms when you create or use an account, accept an order form, enable a paid or regulated feature, or otherwise access the Service. If you act for a company, you represent that you have authority to bind it. Product-specific terms, an order form, and policies linked from these Terms are incorporated by reference.

2. Service

RepeatWork provides software for customer records, imports, communication history, follow-up workflows, maintenance memberships, service requests, scheduling, customer portals, payments, reporting, and related features. Features may differ by plan, location, provider approval, or account configuration. RepeatWork does not perform contractor work, act as a home-service provider, guarantee jobs, or guarantee results from any lead source.

3. Accounts and authorized users

  • You must provide accurate account and business information.
  • You are responsible for credentials, connected accounts, and activity under your account.
  • You must give access only to authorized personnel and remove access when no longer needed.
  • You must notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access or credential compromise.

4. Customer Data and privacy roles

"Customer Data" includes contacts, leads, properties, work records, messages, files, consent records, membership records, and other data submitted, imported, generated, or stored through your account. As between you and RepeatWork, you retain ownership of Customer Data.

For your customer, lead, and worker data, you act as the business or data controller and RepeatWork acts as your service provider or processor. You instruct us to process Customer Data to provide, secure, support, and improve the Service and to operate integrations you enable. You represent that you have the rights, notices, permissions, and lawful basis needed for that processing.

You must respond to privacy requests from people in your records. We will reasonably assist when the relevant data is held by RepeatWork. Our Privacy Policy describes our own collection and processing.

5. Third-party integrations

You may direct RepeatWork to connect with third-party platforms. You authorize us to access, receive, use, and transmit data through those integrations only as needed to provide the connected feature. Third-party services remain governed by their own terms and may change, restrict, or discontinue access.

You must comply with each provider's rules and may not use RepeatWork to scrape, circumvent access controls, misuse provider data, or contact people for purposes not permitted by the provider. We may suspend an integration when required by the provider, law, security risk, or your account status.

6. AI-assisted features

AI features may classify imports, extract facts, summarize conversations, recommend actions, draft messages, or assist with replies. AI output can be incomplete, incorrect, or inappropriate. You are responsible for configuring the feature, reviewing material output, and deciding whether and how it is used.

RepeatWork does not authorize AI to make legal, safety-critical, pricing, contractual, or other commitments outside the boundaries you configure. You must maintain human oversight appropriate to your business and may not present AI output as professional legal, medical, financial, engineering, or safety advice.

7. Communications

You, not RepeatWork, decide who is contacted, what is sent, when it is sent, and which workflow or AI behavior is enabled. For communications sent through your account, you are the sender, originator, and initiator, and RepeatWork provides software acting at your direction.

You are responsible for recipient eligibility, consent, message content, disclosures, frequency, timing, campaign and number registration, and compliance with applicable laws, carrier requirements, and lead-source rules. The Messaging Terms apply whenever you use messaging or calling features.

8. Fees and billing

You agree to pay subscription, usage, implementation, provider, tax, and other fees shown on your order form or in the Service. Paid subscriptions renew for the stated billing period until canceled. Unless an order form says otherwise or law requires it, fees already paid are non-refundable. Third-party payment processing is subject to the payment provider's terms. RepeatWork does not store complete payment-card numbers.

9. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

  • violate law, privacy rights, intellectual-property rights, or provider rules;
  • send spam, deceptive communications, harassment, or prohibited content;
  • upload purchased, scraped, stolen, or unlawfully obtained contact data;
  • bypass authorization, security, usage limits, or suppression controls;
  • introduce malicious code or disrupt the Service or another account;
  • use the Service for emergency dispatch or other safety-critical reliance.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel as provided in your account or order form. We may restrict or suspend access for nonpayment, security risk, unlawful use, provider request, material breach, or risk to other customers. After termination, data handling follows our Privacy Policy, provider requirements, and the Data Deletion Instructions.

11. RepeatWork ownership

RepeatWork and its licensors own the Service, software, interfaces, documentation, branding, and related intellectual property. Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your internal business operations. Feedback may be used without restriction or compensation.

12. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service, integrations, provider data, and AI output are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not guarantee message delivery, provider approval, leads, bookings, revenue, customer responses, or AI accuracy.

13. Liability and indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data. RepeatWork's aggregate liability arising from the Service will not exceed the fees paid by you to RepeatWork during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

You will defend and indemnify RepeatWork against third-party claims, penalties, and reasonable costs arising from your Customer Data, services, communications, violation of law or provider rules, or breach of these Terms. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from RepeatWork's willful misconduct.

14. General terms

Neither party may assign these Terms without the other's consent, except in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of substantially all relevant assets. Neither party is liable for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.

The governing law, venue, and any dispute procedure stated in an applicable order form control. If no order form states them, applicable law determines them. We may update these Terms by publishing a new effective date and providing additional notice when required. Material changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise.
